Associate Law Librarian and Lecturer in Law
Pat Court received her J.D. from Hamline University in 1984, her M.L.S. from Indiana University in 1977, and her B.A. from Indiana University in 1976. She came to Cornell as a Reference Librarian in 1990 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. She had experience in public and academic libraries before becoming a law librarian. She has published articles on research in the topics of immigration, AIDS, web research, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Ms. Court teaches U.S. Legal Research for LL.M. Students, CLE topics in legal research, and team teaches Advanced Legal Research and Lawyering.
